Quick Bits® was established over 55 years ago by Ervin Quick.  Mike Quick, bit maker since 1963 continues the top quality handcrafting tradition.  Mike is a professional horseman who has started showing horses and riding in gymkhanas in grade school.  He roped professionally for more than 20 years, winning the Sierra Circuit calf roping championship and placing 2nd in Team Roping at the PRCA National Finals Rodeo (NFR).  Mike competed on the Team Penning Circuit, winning two World Championships and is featured in the instructional video "The Penning Tape".  He also trails rides for pleasure and relaxation.  Though Mike's equine activities and making bits for the finest horsemen in the world, Quick Bits® will make the right bit for you and your horse to improve the performance of your activity.
